Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Civil Engineer to join our team, focusing on land development projects. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in civil engineering and a passion for developing and mentoring staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage land development projects from inception to completion.

• Design and implement stormwater management systems in compliance with NPDES permitting.

• Utilize Civil 3D and AutoCAD for site development and civil design tasks.

• Oversee grading and drainage plans to ensure adherence to engineering standards.

• Collaborate with project engineering teams to deliver quality outcomes.

• Contribute to departmental growth and development strategies.

Essential Skills

• 10+ years of experience in land development.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

• Proficiency in stormwater design and NPDES permitting.

• Experience with Civil 3D and AutoCAD.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.

• Previous management experience in engineering projects.

Work Environment

This position offers a flexible work environment with 2 days working from home and 3 days in the office. The role provides an opportunity to help run the department and play a crucial role in the company's growth.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $57.69/hr.
