<\/p>

o <\/span><\/span><\/span> Vendor <\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Identify
software entitlements that need to be created. <\/span> Ensure to capture <\/span>
<\/p>

o <\/span><\/span><\/span> Quantity
of licenses <\/span>
<\/p>

o <\/span><\/span><\/span> License
type <\/span>
<\/p>

o <\/span><\/span><\/span> License
Metric <\/span>
<\/p>

o <\/span><\/span><\/span> Costs <\/span>
<\/p>

o <\/span><\/span><\/span> Coverage

ServiceNow lower environment with software entitlements and related contract
for review <\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Schedule
meeting with product owner(s) to review information captured <\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Update
ServiceNow production environment with approved/reviewed software entitlements
and associated contract <\/span>

<\/p>

Contract resources should have a
minimum of 2–4 years of relevant experience supporting Software Asset
Management (SAM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) functions, with demonstrated
experience in software onboarding, entitlement management, and contract
analysis. <\/span>

<\/p>

Required Skills and Experience <\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

<\/span>
<\/p>

• Hands -on
  experience with Software Asset Management (SAM) and IT Asset Management
  (ITAM) processes <\/span>
  <\/li>
• Working
  knowledge of ServiceNow SAMPro, including software models, entitlements,
  contracts, and related records <\/span>
  <\/li>
• Experience
  researching and validating procurement data from ERP systems (e.g., SAP),
  including purchase orders, shopping carts, and vendor information <\/span>
  <\/li>
• Strong
  understanding of software licensing fundamentals, including license types,
  metrics, quantities, and coverage periods <\/span>
  <\/li>
• Ability
  to review and interpret EULAs and software contracts to extract key
  licensing and contractual data points <\/span>
  <\/li>
• Strong
  analytical, documentation, and data validation skills with attention to
  detail <\/span>
  <\/li>
• Ability
  to work effectively with cross -functional stakeholders, including product
  owners, procurement, legal, and IT teams <\/span>
  <\/li>
• Experience
  preparing data for review and approval prior to production deployment <\/span>
  <\/li><\/ul>

  <\/p>

  <\/span>
  <\/p>

  • Advanced
    or hands -on configuration experience within ServiceNow SAMPro (e.g.,
    software models, normalization, reconciliation concepts)<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Experience
    supporting large -scale or wave -based software onboarding initiatives <\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Familiarity
    with software compliance, audit readiness, and license optimization
    practices <\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Experience
    working with contract lifecycle management (CLM) processes or tools <\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Knowledge
    of enterprise software vendors and common licensing models (e.g.,
    Microsoft, Oracle, SAP)<\/span>
