Assistant Maintenance Worker
About the Job:
We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Assistant Maintenance Worker to join our property management team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to learn general property maintenance skills. No prior experience or formal education is required — just a good attitude, dependability, and willingness to work.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist the Property Manager with cleaning and maintaining rental properties
- Help with minor repairs, yard work, painting, and general upkeep
- Clean and prepare units for new tenants
- Follow directions and work safely and efficiently
- Keep tools and work areas organized
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
- Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Able to lift moderate weights and perform physical tasks
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Schedule & Pay:
- Starts as part-time, with the opportunity to become full-time
- Flexible hours based on property needs
- Pay based on experience and effort
