Your New Role

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems

• Perform plumbing service calls efficiently and professionally throughout Southampton, PA, and the surrounding areas

• Install, maintain, and repair fixtures, piping, drains, water heaters, and related plumbing systems

• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide accurate repair solutions

• Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding findings, recommendations, and completed work

• Ensure all plumbing work meets local codes and safety standards

• Maintain accurate job documentation and service records

• Deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality workmanship on every call

• Work independently while managing daily service schedules effectively

• 3 + years of experience in residential plumbing service and repair

• Journeyman/Master Plumber license preferred

• Strong troubleshooting and plumbing diagnostic skills

• Knowledge of plumbing systems, piping, fixtures, drains, and water heaters

• Ability to work independently and professionally manage service calls

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Commitment to safety, professionalism, and quality workmanship

• Ability to maintain accurate service records and documentation

• Familiarity with plumbing tools, equipment, and industry safety practices
