Job Overview: We are seeking a focused and energetic T-Shirt Presser to handle the final assembly of our custom apparel orders. In this role, you are the artist and the finisher. You will be taking our printed transfers, matching them to the correct garments, and using our professional pneumatic heat presses to create the finished product.

You won't be manually cranking heavy machines all day—our presses are automatic/pneumatic—but this is an active role. You will be on your feet, moving quickly, and using your eyes to ensure every design is perfectly centered and straight.

Responsibilities:

• Precision Alignment: The most critical part of this job. You must be able to visually center and align designs on t-shirts quickly and accurately.
• Heat Press Operation: Safely operate pneumatic (air-driven) automatic heat presses to adhere transfers to garments.
• Order Sorting & Matching: Organize printed transfer rolls and match them to the correct t-shirt sizes, colors, and quantities.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect the final press to ensure the transfer adhered correctly and the shirt is free of stains or wrinkles.
• Workflow Maintenance: Keep the pressing station clean and organized to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Pacing: Maintain a consistent production speed to ensure orders go out on time.

Requirements:

• Standing & Stamina: Must be comfortable standing on your feet and moving around the production floor for the duration of the shift.
• Visual Detail: You need a "good eye." If you can spot a crooked picture frame on a wall from across the room, you will be great at this.
• Heat Tolerance: While our shop is climate-controlled, working directly next to 300°F heat presses means the immediate workspace can get warm.
• Reliability: We are a team. We need someone punctual who shows up ready to win the day.
• Team Spirit: Ability to communicate effectively with the print operators and shipping team.

Schedules Available:

• Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM with an hour lunch
