YOUR SCHEDULE
This is a full-time position, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM . You'll report to a central location before heading to job sites.
YOUR DAY
As our Assistant Residential HVAC Installer, you'll assist lead installers with residential HVAC installations, learning safe and efficient processes while ensuring every job meets our high standards. You'll interact with customers, contribute to quality installations, and grow your skills alongside experienced professionals, all while making homes more comfortable.
REQUIREMENTS
- Prior schooling or HVAC Field Experience
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of specialized industry tools and equipment
EPA certifications and HVAC experience are a plus.
