Position SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and hospitality-driven Assistant General Manager to help lead our team and uphold the high standards our guests expect. The AGM will work closely with the General Manager and ownership to oversee day-to-day operations, support team development, and ensure an exceptional guest experience from start to finish.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage front-of-house operations during service
Uphold and improve service standards, guest satisfaction, and hospitality culture
Train, mentor, and motivate staff to perform at their best
Support scheduling, labor management, and shift coverage
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment at all times
Handle guest issues with professionalism, urgency, and care
Collaborate with BOH leadership to ensure seamless service flow
Oversee wine, beverage, and supply inventory in coordination with GM
Assist in financial oversight, including budgeting, COGS, and labor targets
Act as acting GM when needed
3+ years of management experience in a high-quality, full-service restaurant
Passion for Italian cuisine, wine, and service excellence
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
High emotional intelligence and poise under pressure
Experience with POS, inventory, and scheduling systems (e.g., Toast, SevenRooms, HotSchedules)
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($65,000.00 - $75,000.00)
