- Ability to liaise with the coaching staff for Women's Basketball officiating and rules, including University guidelines, American Athletic Conference guidelines, and NCAA rules.
- Ability to organize preseason training camp with regards to housing, meals, transportation, entertainment, speakers and presentations, officials, and daily schedule.
- Ability to assist with the coordination and execution of fundraising, donor, and fan events.
