Organization & Team Overview

Our Financial Application team is committed to providing ongoing business systems support and innovative solutions to our finance and accounting partners. We offer technology solutions for key business processes across accounting, finance, government affairs, and compliance teams. Leveraging Oracle Cloud Fusion, a premier cloud-based ERP system, along with other comprehensive full-stack applications, our team supports and delivers on a strategic roadmap of initiatives, offering our internal customers integrated, streamlined, and automated solutions. 

Role Description

As a Co-Op student, you will collaborate with a dynamic cross-functional team to support and enhance both new and existing business processes across the organization. Utilizing top-tier cloud-based software, you will gain hands-on experience in driving innovation and efficiency, making a tangible impact on our operations.

In your role, you will bridge the gap between business and technology. Working hand in hand across the organization, you will tackle complex challenges such as optimizing financial workflows, enhancing data integration, and automating business processes. You will collaborate with various departments to identify inefficiencies and develop innovative solutions using advanced cloud-based technologies. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our business operations, providing valuable insights and driving continuous improvement.

You will be working with a variety of technology and business partners in your efforts to support new and existing business processes. Success in this role is characterized by understanding business requirements and supporting the technical enablement and delivery of those requirements through a collaborative approach, leveraging cutting-edge technologies, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Your ability to effectively communicate, problem-solve, and drive innovation will be key to achieving success. 

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  •  Complete project coordinator tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars and managing SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, distribution channels, etc. 
  • Provide data analysis and research as needed 
  • Perform data updates based on business requirements 
  • Manage user requests by providing communication, updates, and ongoing support 
  • Support testing of defects and roadmap enhancements
  • Cross functional collaboration with teams for duties as assigned 
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. 

Preferred Skills

  • Aptitude for financial system software (Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP a plus) 
  • Project coordinator experience 
  • Knowledge of accounting concepts and principals and general business acumen 
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Skilled in analysis and research (root cause, data decisioning, etc.) 
  • Comfortable presenting to groups and leaders 
  • Time management 
  • Microsoft Suite 
  • Prefe rred Majors:  Business Analytics, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Management Information Systems 

Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University, with a cooperative learning track. 
  • Available to work 40 hours per week for 6 months starting September 22, 2026, through March 26, 2027. 
  • Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs 
  • Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting

Salary:

Base Pay: $26.00
