Job Title: Registered Dental Hygienist (Full-Time, PA)
Join a mission-driven dental team with Union Community Care, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) committed to “Whole Health, Whole Community.” The Coatesville Medical & Dental location is part of a growing network providing integrated medical, dental, behavioral health, and social support services throughout Lancaster and Chester Counties.
This full-time RDH role offers the opportunity to help strengthen and expand dental services at a modern, community-based facility designed to bring accessible, high-quality care to everyone—regardless of ability to pay.
- Deliver preventive and therapeutic dental hygiene services, including exams, cleanings, sealants, and fluoride treatments
- Provide oral health education and collaborate with community outreach initiatives
- Accurately document care and support team-based treatment within an integrated care model
- Partner closely with the dentist, dental assistants, and medical and behavioral health staff to promote whole-person care
- Competitive pay (up to $85,000 based on experience)

- Active Pennsylvania Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene
- Experience in community health, public health, or mission-driven care preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
