As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the trusted point of contact for our customers, helping them understand their coverage, service their policies, and protect what matters most. Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding service to existing policyholders via phone, email, and in person.
- Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, coverage reviews, and claims support.
- Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage options.
- Process policy updates, renewals, endorsements, and other service requests accurately and efficiently.
- Support retention efforts by delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals and maintain a positive office culture.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred.
- Previous insurance agency experience is highly valued.
- Customer service, sales, banking, retail, hospitality, or other client-facing experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable learning new systems and technology.
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow.
