Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is ideal for a licensed Physical Therapist with a passion for supporting students physical development in a K-12 school environment. Location: Washington, PA (K-12 School Setting)
Duration: Full school year, part-time (one day per week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student assessments and therapy goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other education professionals to support student progress
• Provide direct physical therapy services focusing on improving strength, coordination, and mobility
• Monitor and document student progress consistently to adjust therapy approaches as needed
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide input on acmodations and modifications

Qualifications & Experience:

• Licensed Physical Therapist with credentials valid for school-based services
• Experience providing therapy services in a school setting is preferred, ideally K-12
• Strong munication skills to work effectively with students, families, and the educational team
• Knowledge of pediatric physical therapy techniques and developmental milestones
