About HOTWORX

HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio revolutionizing the way people work out. Our members experience virtual instructor-led sessions inside infrared saunas, combining heat, isometric and HIIT training for maximum results in less time.

We’re looking for a high-energy, customer-focused Trainer Sales Associate (TSA) to join our West Chester team and help grow our fitness community.

What You’ll Do

As a TSA, you’ll be the face of HOTWORX—welcoming members, driving sales, and keeping the studio running smoothly. Your responsibilities include:

• Sales & Membership Growth
• Promote and sell memberships with confidence and enthusiasm
• Achieve monthly sales goals through in-studio and community outreach
• Assist with lead generation and follow-up using CRM tools
• Customer Experience
• Greet members warmly and guide them through their workouts
• Educate members on the HOTWORX app, Burn Off Challenge, and studio amenities
• Provide gear recommendations and retail support
• Studio Operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
• Support social media engagement and local marketing efforts
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, and daily studio tasks

Who You Are

• Passionate about fitness and helping others reach their goals
• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable with sales
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Prior experience in fitness, retail, or hospitality is a plus—but not required!

Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour
