- Take appropriate action to answer and resolve guest questions and co ncerns .
- M aintain a high degree of confidentiality of paperwork and information.
- Interact with guests by taking tickets and passes for entry.
- Assist guests in purchasing tickets, season passes and add-ons.
- Follow all Dorney Park service standards including up-selling .
