We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Havertown, Pennsylvania. In this long-term contract position, you will play a critical role in maintaining financial operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily office activities. Responsibilities:
• Process accounts payable invoices and maintain accurate vendor records.
• Perform cash posting activities and ensure timely reconciliation.
• Make collection calls to follow up on outstanding payments.
• Assist with accounts receivable tasks, including billing and payment tracking.
• Support the Office Manager with administrative and financial duties.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data entry is completed efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with vendors and customers to resolve discrepancies.
• Utilize Sage software for accounting tasks, with training provided as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in financial processes.
• Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and enhance efficiency.
• Experience with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.• Proficiency in invoice processing and account reconciliation.
• Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, or SAP.
• Competence in using Microsoft Excel for financial tasks.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle collection calls professionally and effectively.
• Prior experience in an office management or accounting role is preferred.
