Welder Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $21.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )

• Job Details Perform MIG/TIG welding on metal components while following blueprints and production specifications.
• Prepare, cut, grind, and clean materials before welding, then inspect finished welds for quality and accuracy.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot welding equipment while following all safety procedures and wearing required PPE.
• Keep the work area clean and organized while working with the team to meet daily production goals.
• Lift and handle materials as needed and wear steel-toed boots at all times.

Welder Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of welding experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings.
• Experienced with aluminum welding using MIG and TIG processes to produce strong, high-quality welds while meeting precise specifications and safety standards.
• Experience with MIG welding required; TIG and robotic welding experience is a plus. Must be able to lift materials, stand for extended periods, and wear steel-toed boots.
• Strong attention to detail, commitment to safety, and ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements.
