Express Employment is hiring on behalf of a client in the Pittsburgh area for a Building Systems Maintenance Specialist who enjoys solving problems, moving with purpose, and owning results.

What you’ll do
- Perform scheduled and as-needed maintenance on residential and commercial buildings
- Diagnose and resolve minor issues in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Inspect facilities, equipment, and building systems to flag repair needs
- Repair and replace drywall, flooring components, doors, and windows
- Complete painting, caulking, and other appearance-improving tasks
- Handle general upkeep and minor repair projects
- Manage work orders independently and complete tasks efficiently
What you’ll bring
- Hands-on experience with basic repairs (drywall patching, painting, light plumbing/electrical, carpentry, and HVAC basics)
- Self-directed work style and strong follow-through
- Attention to detail and a commitment to doing it right the first time
- Valid driver’s license
