Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00am–4:30pm At LH Brubaker Appliances & Water Treatment, we believe great businesses are built by great people. We are currently seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our Accounting, Ordering & Office Support team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, takes pride in accuracy, and is willing to jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed. Accounting & Administrative Support
· Assist with processing invoices, payments, receipts, and other accounting-related tasks
· Help maintain accurate records and support account reconciliations
· Assist with month-end and year-end administrative processes
· Provide general office and clerical support to internal teams Ordering & Inventory Support
· Assist with product ordering and tracking purchase orders
· Communicate with vendors regarding orders, shipment updates, and discrepancies
· Help maintain accurate inventory and product records
· Recieve and verification of incoming shipments
· Ensure received products match purchase orders and documentation General Operational Support
· Support multiple departments with day-to-day operational tasks
· Assist with special projects and additional responsibilities as needed
· Help maintain an organized, professional office environment
· Work collaboratively with coworkers to help ensure excellent customer experiences What We’re Looking For
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
· Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
· Strong communication and teamwork skills
· Basic accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred, but not required
· Comfortable using Microsoft Office programs
· Experience with accounting, ordering, or inventory software is a plus
· Reliable, professional, and eager to learn Physical Requirements
· Primarily and office position with some warehouse and inventory responsibilities. Must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, lift up to 25-50lbs and travel between company locations as needed for inventory and operational support. Comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments.
