• Conduct visual & operational inspections of electrical systems to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Troubleshoot, adjust, & replace electrical components and systems as needed.
• Interpret & work from technician drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Ensure all work adheres to local, state, and national electrical codes and regulations.
• Maintain accurate work records, including daily schedules, materials used, and inventory.
• Provide training and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
• Travel within a two-hour radius of the shop, encompassing Lancaster County and its surrounding areas.

We seek a Commercial Electrician to supervise and guide a team of electricians while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This role involves planning, coordinating, and scheduling electrical projects, as well as overseeing preventive maintenance. Our Ideal Commercial Electrician:

• Experienced: At least 4 years as a commercial or industrial electrician. Extensive knowledge of industrial electrical systems and automation controls; reads and interprets blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics—ability to lay out and install electrical conduit.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; completion of a recognized electrical apprenticeship program is preferred.
• Strong Leader: Confident in leading a team, providing clear direction, and ensuring projects stay on track while fostering a positive work environment.
• Detailed : Thoroughly plans, executes tasks, and maintains accurate records of work performed.
• Great Communicator: Skilled in working with team members, customers, and project managers to ensure smooth operations and excellent service.
• Problem-Solver: Uses troubleshooting skills to diagnose electrical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Safety-Focused: Understands and follows safety protocols and electrical regulations to maintain a secure job site.
• Team Player: Works well with others, supports crew members, and values a collaborative work environment.
• Humble & Teachable: Open to learning, receiving feedback, and continuously improving skills.
• Active: Able to use required tools, lift up to 75 lbs., bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods as needed. 
• Must have own hand tools
