What You'll Do

• Serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of existing customers.
• Build lasting relationships by understanding their goals, challenges, and future plans.
• Identify and recommend additional solutions, services, or upgrades that add value.
• Partner with the Renewals Manager to drive subscription and renewal success, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.
• Stay up to date on ERP products like Microsoft Business Central to guide informed decisions.

What You Bring

• Experience in B2B account management, customer success, or consultative sales.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot a plus).
• A collaborative, customer-first mindset - you listen, learn, and help customers grow.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
