Customer Service/Order Entry

Our client, a global leader in high-end laboratory and medical equipment manufacturing, is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service/Order Entry Specialist to join their service department in Trevose, PA.

This is a temporary assignment covering a Leave of Absence (LOA), beginning as early as June 1st and running through late August or September. If you thrive in a technical environment and have a knack for precision, we want to hear from you!

The Details

• Compensation: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Location: Trevose, PA (On-site)
• Duration: Temp (June 1st – August/September)

Responsibilities

In this role, you will support a specialized team of four, reporting directly to the Service Manager. You will ensure high customer satisfaction by managing the end-to-end post-sales process.

• Order Management: Accurately process customer transactions, including quotes, purchase orders, and warranty requests.
• Data & Analytics: Utilize CRM systems and PowerBI to track orders and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Technical Support: Handle inquiries via phone and email regarding product pricing, technical specifications, and shipping schedules.
• Logistics Coordination: Partner with production and logistics teams to track shipments and proactively communicate any schedule changes to clients.
• Problem Resolution: Address service or billing complaints, process returns, and ensure issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
