As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol in Philadelphia, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, Financial Institutions and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment at locations within the manufacturing, industrial, and financial sectors. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the premises, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to everyone you encounter. You will be a trusted presence, responding to situations as they arise and communicating clearly with both clients and team members. Pay Rate: $17.14 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeTue09:00 AM - 04:00 PMThur07:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, including both manufacturing and financial institution environments.
• Observe for and report any unusual activity or potential security-related concerns within the premises.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized individuals from entering restricted areas.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while representing Allied Universal.
• Document incidents and daily activities in accordance with site requirements and Allied Universal protocols.
• Support emergency response efforts as directed by site procedures and Allied Universal guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
