As a Commercial Real Estate Agent, You Will Be:
● Prospecting daily
● Networking/relationship building
● Following up with potential business
● Managing the sales transaction from beginning to end
● Identifying opportunities within the market place
● Evaluate financial and operational tradeoffs
● Marketing
● Structure and negotiate transactions
● Build trust
Requirements to Apply:
● Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain Real Estate license)
● Undergo a background check during licensing process
● Ability to drive to work independently
● Commitment to investing in your professional growth
● A strong work ethic and desire to be successful
● Excellent communication skills and the ability to network to build your business
● No experience necessary (new agents will receive training, coaching and mentoring to
get started)
● Post-secondary education / college degree strongly preferred
