Plastic Bottle Packing & Quality Operator

• On-site in Mars, PA | Monday–Friday, 11:30 PM–7:40 AM | $21/hour

What You’ll Tackle

• Move bundles of corrugated bulk containers filled with bottles; build grouped cartons and tie with twine.
• Examine bottles for holes, surface lines, or water spots; pack only those that pass inspection.
• Watch automated lines, clear bottlenecks, and keep conveyors free of excess bottles.
• Flag quality issues and equipment problems to your supervisor immediately.
• Operate the bagger when required and signal for additional raw materials.
• Record shift production counts and complete routine paperwork.
• Label boxes/bags with the correct date and shift ID using specified color-coding.
• Support inventory counts; make sure materials and tools are ready for each shift.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, change-heavy environment.
• Careful, instruction-following work style with a safety-first mindset.
• Comfort working around chemicals such as bleach and ammonia.
