We are an independently owned, hybrid veterinary hospital offering general practice, emergency care, and specialty services. The Role

As a Client Service Representative, you’ll play a key role in the daily flow of the hospital. Your responsibilities may include:

• Welcoming clients and patients and setting the tone for their visit
• Answering phones and scheduling appointments efficiently
• Helping clients understand estimates, invoices, and hospital policies
• Supporting urgent and emergency visits with clarity and compassion
• Communicating closely with doctors, technicians, and leadership
• Helping keep the day organized so patient care stays the priority
