Position Overview

We are seeking dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Residential Cleaning Technicians to join our growing team. This position involves performing everything from routine maintenance cleanings to top-to-bottom deep cleanings, move-in/move-out cleanings, Airbnb turnovers, and post-construction cleanups.

Experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right person with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential cleaning services to company standards.
• Dust all surfaces, furniture, blinds, and décor.
• Vacuum and mop all flooring.
• Clean and sanitize kitchens, including countertops, sinks, cabinet exteriors, appliances, and backsplashes.
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms.
• Make beds and straighten bedrooms.
• Clean baseboards, doors, windowsills, and light fixtures.
• Complete deep cleaning tasks including inside cabinets, ovens, refrigerators (when applicable), and detailed scrubbing.
• Safely use professional cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Maintain company quality standards on every job.
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members.
• Report any damages or concerns immediately.
• Arrive on time and prepared for every shift.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and be active for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Positive attitude.
• Excellent time management.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must pass a background check.
• Weekend availability required (rotating schedule).

Compensation

• $20–$28 per hour depending on experience, performance, and driving ability.
• Performance bonuses available.
• Paid training.

Schedule

• Full-Time and Part-Time positions available.
• Monday–Friday with rotating weekends.
• Flexible scheduling when possible.
