**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as appropriate.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional presence at all times.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and to observe and report any unusual conditions or incidents.
+ Maintain awareness of surroundings within the transportation location, reporting any security-related concerns or suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel.
+ Document all security-related incidents and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal's procedures and site-specific requirements.
+ Work collaboratively with site staff and local authorities when necessary to address security-related concerns and/or emergencies.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Must be at least 21 years of age.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
