**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk location.
+ Monitor access to the building by greeting and registering guests, issuing visitor badges, and maintaining visitor logs as required.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
+ Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, such as directing occupants and communicating with emergency services.
+ Maintain a professional presence at the front desk, answering inquiries and providing directions or information as requested.
+ Support the security-related needs of the location by observing and reporting any suspicious activity or potential security concerns to the appropriate contacts.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ State, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
+ Loss prevention experience is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Guard card or license is preferred.
+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
