- Perform skilled repairs and maintenance on construction equipment, heavy trucks, and trailers at various job sites.
- Utilize your expertise to keep our fleet running smoothly, ensuring projects stay on track.
- Generate detailed service reports, logs, and diagnostics using OEM software .
- Travel to diverse work environments and take pride in solving technical challenges.
- Proven experience repairing and maintaining construction equipment or heavy trucks; background in construction , oil and gas , or a related industry is a big plus.
- Welding experience is highly desirable.
- A fully equipped mechanic’s tool set to support our heavy equipment fleet.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency.
- Physical stamina for demanding tasks—lifting 50+ pounds, climbing, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
- A clean record to pass DOT drug screening and a background check .
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software.
- Commitment to safety and teamwork.
- Work Conditions :
- Outdoor settings in all weather conditions .
- Exposure to noise, dust, fumes, and vibrations in moderate to loud environments.
