This position offers a $95,000+ starting salary (based on experience), a quality-driven bonus structure, and an excellent benefits package.
As a Director of Nursing - DON (RN or LPN) in Assisted Living/Personal Care at Country Meadows, you have the opportunity to set the standard among our team and help contribute to our welcoming, loving and caring environment for both our residents and co-workers in our home-like setting. As a Director of Nursing - DON (RN or LPN) you will build relationships with your clinical team, collaborate with the interdisciplinary departments to manage the resident plan of care. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about caring for older adults, have strong critical thinking and demonstrated evidence of managing change.
Shift: Primarily daytime hours, with some flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends based on campus needs.
Director of Nursing (DON) – Responsibilities:Lead the Assisted Living/Personal Care team to deliver high-quality, person-centered care in a safe, homelike environment.
Supervise and support clinical staff, ensuring strong teamwork, performance, and morale.
Develop and oversee individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
Monitor resident health and coordinate timely interventions.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and quality standards.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and healthcare partners.
Current RN or LPN license in good standing.
At least 3 years of supervisory experience in long-term care, assisted living, or a similar healthcare setting.
Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills.
Experience managing teams and driving positive change.
Knowledge of applicable regulations and best practices in senior care.
