Automotive Sales Associate
Job Description Description of the role: Shively Motors is currently seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Automotive Sales Associate to join our team in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. We have recently promoted two of our Sales Associates and are in a position to add to the team. If you are high-performing sales representative with exemplary communication skills and a proven record of success, you might be perfect for this position. As an Automotive Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and promoting sales of our wide range of automotive products. You will have knowledge of all the models we sell and deliver high quality customer service that aligns perfectly with our customers needs. We will reward your success with competitive bonuses, mentorship, and ongoing training. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with strong interpersonal skills and prior sales experience which are a must for this roll. Your prior sales experience does not have to be in the automotive world. Responsibilities:
- Engage and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Showcase and promote a variety of automotive products, including vehicles, parts, and accessories.
- Provide valuable product information and effectively communicate the features and benefits to potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist customers in selecting the right products that meet their needs and preferences.
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements.
- Conduct follow-up activities to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and industry developments.
- Collaborate with Sales Manager to achieve team targets and sales objectives.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales is a plus.
- Prior experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must pass back ground check.
- Competitive compensation of $500 per week, paid bi weekly, plus commission.
