Join us to shape secure, scalable, and resilient enterprise services across Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft 365. You’ll guide a high-performing engineering team, drive alignment on architecture, and turn strategy into delivery that supports global operations.

Impact you’ll make

• Lead engineers, elevate outcomes : Set direction, coach the team, and manage execution across Azure, identity, and tenant governance while raising the bar on operational maturity.
• Engineer the Azure foundation : Structure subscriptions, resource groups, and landing zones; codify RBAC and policy; implement automation and monitoring; and continuously tune for cost, security, and performance—always aligned to enterprise architecture and cloud strategy.
• Secure identity at scale : Advance Entra ID directory services, lifecycle, Conditional Access, authentication, and privileged identity governance; sustain robust hybrid identity with dependable sync and federation.
• Govern the Microsoft 365 tenant : Administer global configuration, compliance standards, administrative role design, and license enablement; enforce tenant-wide policies and configuration baselines.
• Raise the governance bar : Apply cybersecurity, regulatory, and audit requirements consistently; maintain documentation, runbooks, SOPs, and architectural references.
• Automate everything : Use PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps to create repeatable patterns, observability, and proactive remediation.

Collaboration that powers delivery

Partner with the M365/Azure Principal Architect to convert strategic direction into executable engineering plans and backlogs. Report to the Sr. Manager – User Experience & Collaboration and work closely with stakeholders across the enterprise.

• Hybrid schedule: three days in office, two days remote

Your background

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on engineering in Azure, Entra ID, or enterprise cloud identity.
• 1–2+ years of technical leadership or supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated strength in cloud governance and automation.
• Deep Azure platform engineering and governance expertise.
• Expertise with Entra ID, identity lifecycle, Conditional Access, and authentication frameworks.
• Proficient with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and cloud automation tooling.

Pay transparency

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $116,800 to $146,000 per year.
