Location-Type: Hybrid to King of Prussia, PA(1–2 days onsite weekly)

Compensation Range: $110,000- 125,000/yr
Job Description:
Lead brand strategy, governance, and integrated campaign execution to drive awareness and demand generation across B2B marketing channels.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage brand strategy, frameworks, and governance
- Plan and execute integrated multi-channel brand and campaign initiatives
- Collaborate with product marketing and cross-functional teams
- Write and manage creative briefs with internal and agency partners
- Oversee campaign execution across digital, social, search, and experiential channels
- Partner with media teams to optimize campaign performance
- Align digital experiences and landing pages with campaign goals
- Track and analyze campaign KPIs to improve ROI
Requirements:
- Must-Haves:
- 5–8 years of brand management and campaign experience
- Strong expertise in brand strategy, governance, and frameworks
- Proven experience managing integrated brand campaigns
- Experience working with digital and creative agency partners
- Strong B2B digital marketing background
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing and product teams
- Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in fintech or subscription-based business models
- Familiarity with tools like Monday.com, Figma, Jira
- Exposure to advanced media channels (CTV, Paid Social, PMax, Reddit)
- Experience leveraging AI tools for marketing (e.g., generative content tools)
- Experience managing global or multi-market campaigns
