Now Hiring: Winery ConciergeFolino Estate is seeking a highly organized, guest-focused Winery Concierge to serve as the primary point of contact for guest communications, reservations, events, and hospitality support across our winery, restaurants, and inn.Key Responsibilities:Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, social media, and online reviewsAssist guests with reservations, events, wine experiences, and general questionsManage reservation systems and event bookings through TockCoordinate guest requests and communications across multiple departmentsSupport private event and wedding inquiry processesHelp maintain exceptional guest experiences through proactive communication and issue resolutionAssist with reporting, reservation administration, and event supportQualifications:Strong customer service and hospitality skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationExceptional organization and attention to detailAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentExperience with reservation systems, hospitality operations, or event coordination preferredThis position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating memorable guest experiences, solving problems, and serving as a key communication hub within a growing hospitality organization.To apply, please submit your resume and relevant experience.
