We are seeking a n F&I Manager for our client Two Jacks in Northeast Pa. Sales are on the rise and our client needs a proven leader to drive growth. You will be joining a dealership with an energetic sales team, a motivated executive team with resources to help you succeed, and a fantastic community reputation. This is a great family-owned place to work.

REQUIREMENTS

Prior Automotive, RV, or Powersports F&I experience required. Qualified candidates will have a prior track record of top-notch customers satisfaction scoring, demonstrate an ability to organize, and knows how to multi-task. We are looking for someone who works hard, communicates clearly, and is interested in a real career with long term potential, not just a job.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Present vehicle protection products to clients.
  
• Assist clients with completing transactions either in cash or with the securing of finance or lease terms.
  
• Comply with all State and Federal regulations regarding privacy and transparency standards.
• Participate in staff training to enhance the efficiency of the sales and finance departments.
  
• Develop and implement sales strategies to crush targets.
  
• Foster a customer-centric culture that prioritizes satisfaction.
  
• Embrace technology to streamline the customer experience.
