SUMMARY OF POSITION:

*Hybrid, 1 - 2 days per week remote *

Responsible for coordinating and supporting the Community Health and Community Relations department's involvement, outreach, operations, and mission to develop and maintain a favorable relationship with the surrounding community. Provide administrative support, project management, and volunteer coordination to the organization's Community Relations and Community Health outreach efforts. Organizes and supports employee volunteer programs and coordinates with local groups. Participate in the organization's charitable giving programs as they affect community initiatives.

Schedule will need to be flexible to meet the needs of the department. There will be some evening/weekend work occasionally. Travel to other hospital locations or community partners is expected.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

• Bachelor of Arts or Science in a field related to community relations/initiatives plus 2 years of business related experience required or a combination of education and experience

• Valid PA Driver's License required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

• Preferred Microsoft Proficiency Level: Word: Intermediate; Excel: Intermediate; PowerPoint: Intermediate.
