Latitude has an immediate full-time opening for our Sales Associate team in the Bellmawr, NJ area, supporting the continued expansion of home improvement services. This role serves as a strong foundation for individuals interested in long-term growth from within in sales and leadership. We offer hands-on training in home improvement service fundamentals, customer onboarding, communication, and management of renewable energy initiatives.

As a Sales Associate, you will build practical skills in customer communication, remodeling, and performance tracking. We Are Looking For A Sales Associate To:

• Speak with customers to explain home improvement programs and assess eligibility

• Record confidential customer information accurately within our customer database

• Act as the face of the brand ensuring each customer has a positive experience

• Assist with account setup by collecting required information and verifying details

• Answer customer questions clearly and professionally throughout the onboarding process

• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems to track activity and follow-ups

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solar service options

• Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training sessions with fellow Sales Associates

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

We Are Looking For A Sales Associate With The Following:

• High school diploma or GED required

• 1+ years experience in a Customer service, sales, solar, roofing, client facing, or outreach role preferred (but not required)

• Excellent listening skills and a strong customer focus

• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and detail-oriented with excellent data entry skills

• Exceptional conflict resolution abilities

• Passion for roofing, construction, remodeling, home improvement, economics, or helping families

• Comfortable using technology and CRM systems

• Goal-oriented, reliable, and motivated to learn

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

• Reliable transportation is required
