Position Overview:

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Social / Digital Assistant that thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a strong communicator, and loves working collaboratively to bring campaigns to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain exceptional attention to detail across all client deliverables and internal tasks
• Bring creativity and forward‑thinking ideas to campaigns, content, and marketing strategies
• Support SEO initiatives and perform ongoing website maintenance and updates
• Create and publish Google Business Profile posts, updates, and optimizations
• Use Excel for miscellaneous tasks, including rep communications, tracking, and organizational workflows
• Transfer and organize data into Excel sheets, charts, and reporting templates
• Develop creative, on‑brand social media posts for a variety of clients
• Creative campaign ideas for organic social media (new ideas, giveaways, promotions, trending posts)
• New ideas for paid digital advertising
• Produce monthly ad performance reports using our internal reporting software
• Update scripts based on provided information and write new scripts when needed
• Upload and manage client videos on YouTube channels
• Update graphics and visual assets using Photoshop
• Perform WordPress updates, content changes, and site maintenance
• Video editing and animations for client content

Qualifications:

• Must enjoy working with people and must have strong interpersonal skills
• Creative, forward-thinking individual
• Knowledgable in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Premier Pro preferred
• Strong understanding of all aspects of digital marketing
