We are seeking a detail-oriented Litigation Practice Assistant with litigation experience to support attorneys in a fast-paced legal environment. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys collaboration and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
Responsibilities:
- Provide litigation and administrative support to attorneys
- Prepare, edit, and file legal documents in state and federal courts
- Manage case files, confidential records, and document databases
- Coordinate calendars, deadlines, meetings, and travel
- Handle intake, conflicts checks, time entry, and billing tasks
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of litigation experience
- Knowledge of state and federal e-filing and calendaring rules
