We operate a modern 18-bay service facility equipped to handle everything from routine maintenance to advanced diagnostics. Harper Auto Group What You’ll Do: * Serve as the primary liaison between customers and the service department * Conduct vehicle walk-arounds with customers to document condition and build trust * Offer C. Harper Mopar maintenance packages based on manufacturer recommendations * Upsell maintenance services and repairs to increase customer satisfaction and department growth * Send digital quotes and multi-point inspection (MPVI) videos to customers to ensure trust and transparency * Build strong, lasting relationships with customers through excellent communication and service * Prepare accurate repair orders and ensure customers understand recommended work * Partner with our certified technicians to ensure timely, accurate repairs and customer satisfaction What We’re Looking For: * Automotive Service Advisor experience REQUIRED (Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram or Stellantis brand experience preferred) * Strong sales and upselling ability with a proven track record of success * Excellent communication and people skills with a customer-first attitude * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment * Professional appearance, reliability, and a drive for success * CDK experience preferred Compensation & Benefits: * Earning Potential: Up to $100,000 annually * Experience-based competitive pay plan with monthly performance bonuses * Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off * Ongoing manufacturer and in-house training to grow your skills * Career growth with a family-owned dealer group that promotes from within If you’re an experienced Service Advisor looking for a rewarding career with unlimited earning potential at our brand-new Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership, apply today and grow with the C.
