What you will tackle

• All-hazards response: patrol, fire suppression, and emergency medical services.
• Safe operation of fire apparatus and associated equipment.
• Site security responsibilities integrated with fire/EMS operations.
• Incident investigation and clear, factual report documentation.

Work setting and schedule

• Heavy industrial environment across Mon Valley facilities.
• Variable conditions: hot, cold, dirty, greasy, wet, and noisy.
• Rotating shifts including Saturdays and Sundays.
• Overtime required as business needs dictate.

Must‑have qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• Pennsylvania EMT or National Registry EMT (or higher).
• 2+ years’ combined experience in medical, fire, and security.
• Firefighter I certification (Pro Board or IFSAC).
• Calm, effective performance under stressful emergency conditions.
• Investigative aptitude and report-writing accuracy.
• Hazardous Materials Operations, rope rescue, and confined space rescue.

Nice to have

• Paramedic or Advanced EMT.
• Hazardous Materials Technician.
• Association Firefighter 1/2 certification preferred.
