Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled School Psychologist to provide comprehensive psychological services for students in a K-12 educational setting. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the academic, emotional, and social success of a diverse student population during the upcoming school year.
Location: Lititz, PA
Position Type: Contract
Duration: School Year (NSY)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify student needs and guide interventions
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and 504 plans
- Provide counseling and support services to students facing academic, social, or emotional challenges
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute professional expertise to problem-solving efforts
- Implement evidence-based strategies to promote positive behavioral and mental health outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with legal, ethical, and district standards
Qualifications:
- Certified or licensed as a School Psychologist
- Experience working with K-12 students in school settings
- Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and intervention methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with staff, families, and students
- Ability to manage a caseload and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
