Chester County Fuel is seeking an Inside Sales Agent to be a central point of contact for clients while managing the systems that keep our business running efficiently. This role blends customer service, CRM expertise, and process improvement, making it perfect for someone who loves variety and impact.
Compensation
• On Target Earnings: $80,000 (base+bonus)
Responsibilities:
Client Relations & Assistance • Act as the primary liaison for clients concerning fuel deliveries, invoices, and service inquiries.
• Foster strong client connections through proactive communication and by highlighting additional service opportunities when appropriate.
• Address questions promptly and resolve issues professionally, escalating complex matters when necessary.
• Gain proficiency in managing inbound calls using Blue Cow software, particularly during high-demand periods.
CRM Strategy & Management (Pipedrive)• Serve as the Pipedrive specialist, handling system setup, customization, and ongoing maintenance.
• Segment clients, manage pipelines, workflows, and automation to streamline operations.
• Ensure client and deal information is accurate and current while generating reports to monitor performance.
• Integrate CRM with Outlook, email campaigns, and other communication tools to enhance system effectiveness.
Process Optimization & Documentation • Develop and maintain procedures for CRM usage, client engagement, and system administration.
• Create manuals, guides, and video tutorials to support team onboarding and knowledge sharing.
• Partner with leadership to craft call scripts, email templates, and targeted outreach campaigns.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and suggest workflow improvements.
Sales Enablement & Growth • Perform proactive outreach to current clients to introduce services and reinforce relationships.
• Track interactions and opportunities within the CRM to maintain visibility of the sales pipeline.
• Use CRM insights to inform marketing, sales, and operational decision-making.
Team Collaboration & Development • Train colleagues on CRM best practices, updated procedures, and system functionality.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth coordination and communication.
• Contribute in team meetings by sharing updates on client engagement, CRM performance, and operational enhancements.
• Support company initiatives and assist with customer-facing or administrative projects as required.
Qualifications:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a warm, professional phone presence.
• Comfortable working with multiple systems, integrations, and automations.
• Able to manage pipelines, projects, and follow-ups without missing details.
• Confident in conducting warm outreach and introducing additional services.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; background in client relations, inside sales, or operations support is a plus.
