Software Engineer
Deliver high quality software following Broadridge SSDLC processes. Work within and across teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions across a full-stack of development tools and technologies. Build and maintains CICD pipeline in different environments. Update issue status and details for assigned tasks and projects in a timely manner. Ensure technical & security best practices along with Broadridge standards are adhered to on continuous basis. Translate business requirements into technical designs. Troubleshoot production issues as needed. Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical solutions for software development projects. Understand dependencies between software and other parts of the processing stack. Identify potential issues while staying focused on identified priorities. Work with senior leaders of the development team to architect solutions.
REQS.: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field such Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, or related field plus 2 years of experience. Previous experience to include: commercial software architectures at both a software and infrastructure level; application development life cycle; agile development; system design and architecture; and DevOps and deployment automation. Position is based out of our Pittsburgh, PA office and role holder will be eligible to work remotely on a hybrid basis with manager & HR approval.
