Automation Engineer - AI & Automated Release Management
Role Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Automation Engineer to lead enterprise-level automation initiatives with a strong focus on Automated Release Management and AI-driven automation solutions. This onsite role requires deep technical expertise and hands-on leadership in building scalable automation frameworks and release pipelines.
Key Responsibilities

Design and implement automated release management pipelines

Integrate automation frameworks with CI/CD processes

Leverage AI-driven automation tools to improve efficiency and reliability

Improve deployment stability, release governance, and rollback strategies

Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and Engineering teams to streamline automation

Drive automation best practices and continuous improvement
Required Skills

10+ years of experience in Automation Engineering

Strong expertise in Automated Release Management

Experience with AI-enabled automation tools and solutions

Deep understanding of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and version control

Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
