The Hope Centers is a premier provider of educational and therapeutic services for children with special needs, serving families throughout the North Pittsburgh region. We're a model of excellence, a safe haven for students, and a steady advocate for those who need our support. About the RoleAs Behavior Director at our Mars campus, you'll bring clinical expertise and steady leadership to a school-based team that believes in meeting students where they are. Strong communication with faculty, staff, families, and students is central to this role. You'll document interactions and services according to Hope's policies.
Supervision & Documentation
You'll ensure reliable data collection on IEP goals and ABA targets, complete supervision documentation for RBT and BCBA candidates, and maintain thorough service records.
