Advanced Fryer Solutions, LLC – an independent franchise of Filta Environmental Kitchen Solutions – is looking for driven, coachable, and energetic individuals to join our team.

This is a flexible, hybrid role that allows you to work from home while also visiting prospects and clients throughout the Pittsburgh area. You’ll manage your own schedule, build relationships locally, and grow your territory with autonomy and support.

We don’t expect you to know everything. We’ll train you. What we do expect is grit, enthusiasm, and a desire to win .

What You’ll Do

• Hit the ground running : Learn the ropes of B2B sales through hands-on training and mentorship.
• Own your territory : Build relationships with local businesses and help them discover our eco-friendly kitchen solutions.
• Grow with us : Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and expand our customer base.
• Be the face of sustainability : Represent a brand that’s making kitchens cleaner, greener, and more efficient.
• Track your wins : Use our CRM to manage leads, follow-ups, and customer feedback.

Requirements:

Who You Are

• Hungry to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Comfortable talking to people and building relationships.
• Motivated by goals, incentives, and the thrill of closing a deal.
• Organized, proactive, and ready to take initiative.
• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Previous sales experience is a plus , but not required.
• Former college athletes or individuals with a competitive mindset are encouraged to apply!
