Reports to: Vice President & Operations Manager

Location: 1800 Byberry Road, Suite 1310, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006 (On-Site)

Job Description:

Purchasing

· Solicit proposals for materials, subcontractors, equipment and other project items

· Complete all negotiating, purchasing, tracking, PO and invoice processing for purchases on select projects

· Work with the accounting office to clear up billing discrepancies/issues

· Build and maintain vendor relationships

· Enter job budgets in accounting software

· Create and maintain vendors in accounting software

Coordination and Management

· Review and understand all project specifications, bid documents and construction plans

· Work with Operations Managers to prepare bid submissions for projects to include:

o Complete plan take offs to verify quantities

o Compile bid information on company software

o Prepare project bid booklet

· Manage subcontractors’ agreements, COI’S and assist Operations Managers with the coordination of schedules and managing of subcontractor invoicing for monthly golf billing

· Set up and manage preconstruction, weekly project TEAMS and project close out meetings

· Assist Operations Manager with all project paperwork to ensure proper record keeping and files are kept for each project (Permits, NOC, NTO, Lein Releases etc.)

· Assist with bi-weekly project billing to include proper project material and subcontractor invoicing

Other Duties- As Time Permits

· Assist with company marketing (online, print (constant contact) and advertising)

· Assist with company hiring and recruitment, including internship program and job fairs

Pay/Benefits:
