Program Specialist Highlights
- Pay: $22.00 per hour
- Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM 30-minute meal period
- Benefits available after 90 days of employment
- 401(k) with company match available after 1 year of service
Program Specialist Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries from families, providers, and internal teams
- Maintain and update program data and tracking systems
- Assist with reports, documentation, and program materials
- Help coordinate program activities and provider enrollment
- Participate in incident review processes, including closing incidents, compiling reports, and assisting in investigations.
- Monitor services to ensure quality and compliance
- Support provider management activities, including recruitment, enrollment, disenrollment, and outreach.
Program Specialist Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree OR 1 year of relevant experience (human services, healthcare, public health, etc.)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills
