Business Improvement Manager (Logistics and Supply Chain)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Improvement Manager to lead transformative initiatives in our logistics and supply chain operations. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for enhancing overall efficiency, reducing costs, and optimizing processes to drive sustained business growth. This role will be on-site in our Bristol, Pennsylvania location, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities: In this multifaceted role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement strategic improvements. Your responsibilities will include: Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of existing processes, leveraging data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement, cost reduction, and enhanced productivity. Change Management: Lead change initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring seamless integration of new processes and technologies. Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of implemented strategies, providing regular updates to senior management. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including operations, procurement, and quality assurance, to implement best practices and ensure alignment with business objectives. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven track record in business improvement roles within logistics or supply chain environments.
- Strong analytical skills, with expertise in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent leadership, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
- 5-7 years experience of continuous business improvement required.
- Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt preferred.
- Knowledge with ERP/computer systems required, preferably experience with JDE/Oracle EBS.
